MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT

A maintenance agreement is like and insurance policy for your company

  • Special pricing on toner and office supplies for all Maintenance Agreement customers.
  • Printers will be repair to fully operational state including necessary hardware
    and labor. Excluding consumables, i.e., Toner, Drums, and Developers, etc.

 
Rental Printer / Copier Contract
At Wengseng OA Sales & Services, we offer new, used and refurbished printer/ copier sale or lease. We have a wide range of models that you can choose from, whether black and white or color machine.

This service allows you to rent from as low as RM80 per month, inclusive of free Toner, Parts and Maintenance throughout the whole contract period.

The benefits you can enjoy when rent a copier:

1.Low Investment - Consistence and cost effective with easy monthly payment scheme.
2. Tax Exemption - Fully tax exemption (tax free) from Income Tax Department. Fully Rebate and own a copier for free.

Goods Delivery & Shipping Method:

We ship our products with the following methods:

Doorstep delivery:
For locations within our shipping distance, we will deliver the item to your doorstep ourself.

Pos Laju:
For small item such as ink cartridges to be shipped to location not within our shipping distance, we will send it over via AirPak or Pos Laju.

Courier:
For large item such as a paper shredder, we will courier it over with Nationwide.

For courier, kindly refer contact us.
